SumiDIA DA Blanks
  • PCD (polycrystalline diamond) blanks are comprised of a polycrystalline layer of synthetic diamond crystals and a tungsten carbide substrate bonded together by a ultra-high pressure / temperature process
  • PCD tools are used to machine non-ferrous materials such as aluminum, copper, aluminum / gray iron composites, plastics, fiberglass and wood
  • SumiDIA DA blanks are available in 4 grades and a wide variety of shapes and sizes including round disks up to 64.0 mm in diameter

• Grade designation must follow product number when ordering. Example: 60T5.0/1.6P-DA150.
• DA blanks can be ordered with 2.5 mm total thickness (WC layer approximately 2.0mm).
